Return & Refund Policy

At Shorty Fitness Store, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's how we'll make it right.

Shipping Times

We work with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you quality fitness products. Estimated delivery times to the US are:

  • Standard products: 3–7 business days
  • Some items: up to 14 business days depending on the supplier and your location

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Product Conditions

For a return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • Include its original packaging and tags
  • Not have been washed or altered

Exceptions: Opened or consumed supplements are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return
  3. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will not receive store credit — refunds go back to the card or payment method used at checkout.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@shortyfitness.store. For low-value items, we may issue a full refund without requiring you to return the product. For higher-value items, we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement at no charge.
